On behalf of mankind, I offer my congratulations to these luminaries on what is truly a momentous honor. Now, let’s talk once again about how the Rock Hall is a crock and desperately needs to be reformed. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame typically elicits three kinds of negative responses. The first kind — indifference — doesn’t concern us, so let’s skip ahead to the next two: anger over an inductee who is deemed undeserving, and anger over an artist who is deserving but isn’t inducted.
